360 Degree Feedback

Often it's hard to know how well leaders are doing in the workplace without direct feedback from the people they lead. Sevenpm Consulting recommends 360 degree feedback to gain insight into how leaders are performing, what their areas of excellence are, and where there are opportunities for greater development.
